Location: Southeast United States (remote within region)

About the Role We’re expanding into new markets across the Southeast and are looking for a driven Business Development / Sales Professional with a strong background in pre-engineered building systems. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and helping shape a growing market, this is an opportunity to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and grow new accounts across the Southeast region
• Identify opportunities for pre-engineered building projects in commercial, industrial, and specialty sectors
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and end-users
• Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Help shape our regional sales strategy and market presence What We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience (3+ years preferred)
• Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) or construction industry experience required • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Willing and excited to travel regularly throughout the Southeast
